I want to say this is a great place to work for they don't go for no bs doe if they see you really not willing to work coming in with flip flops and a tank top on hell nawl they not gonna send you but the ones who really dedicated to getting sent out wearing steel toes and appropriate work clothes is most likely the one who is going to get sent out I messed myself up listening to someone else wish I would of never did that and they don't give 2nd chances but I still love Mrs Karen, Cora, and Mrs Dell

Moved here from Georgia after losing my mother and needed work asap but was told to come back that it was to late to fell out an application even though I got up at 5 am and waited till they were open ugh waist of time feel like it should be first come first served but oh well

Plz do not go here! This place is definitely unprofessional & show favoritism when it comes to picking who they want to go out on a job! Plus the woman at front desk has an attitude out this world! I was the first one there but yet other people came in hours after me & got sent out.. woman mustve called them in from home which is stupid when im standing right there waiting for work! When it was all said & done i still never got sent out.. i left after about 2 hous of watching other people come in & get sent out.. they deserve negative 5 stars!!

Wouldnt take my application because my DL expired last month... i dont drink or do drugs and have a brand new truck... i own a roofing company... works been slow because of the holidays... But theyre happy to send out every drunk and crackhead that walks in the door with an id... you shouldve seen the bunch that were there when i came in... if theyd sent one of them to my job site i wouldve turned them right back around... lol i worked out of this location years ago... id hoped they would have new management... nope same snotty btch working... last time i worked here i was pulled off of a ticket id been on for months... that was about to hire me full time.. because the same said btch wanted to send someone she knew to the job as soon as she heard they were willing to hire someone fulltime... you could smell alchohol on his breath when he walked up to the window to get MY TICKET... i later found out this location lost the contract because that drunk had an accident while drunk on the job... cant believe she still has a job here... must be related to the owner... great place to hire through if you want whino s working for you... otherwise... hire from the office in downtown mobile... you have a better chance of getting a good employee

As previously mentioned, the chosen system is not based off of "First come, first served" nor many times even qualification/s, familiarity with those that assign the jobs is 60%, qualification/s 30% & then a 10% pseudo-random methodology, having been going to the Saraland location off and on for about 12 years, nothing has changed and "Appearance" is certainly not factored in since many who were taken before others looked like they were career homeless, not just some of us "out of work" blokes.

This temp service plays favorites,What that means is they have there picks of who gets out on a job.My experience was a bad one . I just got to the door and was greeted with an insult ,first for not picking up a can that was laying on the side of the building and then she told me good luck getting out with that beard , she then said I should shave it off , I was the first one in the door and the first signed in , from 5:30 am to 8 am I witnessed the office sending people out on new tickets / not repeats. I later started talking to others who came in and found that they were called in , they told me that it was a new assignment , not a repeat . Before leaving I confronted Management over how they conduct equal treatment , it got ugly when she brought it inside at her desk ,she never got to the point , she then had to threaten me by saying I'll call the police and don't you ever come back . Of course I got out of there .
