Very poor service! I bought a retractable sun shelter after been deliver i was excited and happy for building it; however, in a box was missing a piece, ok no problem, I decided to go to the store and take it, but bad part of it that when I went to the store to have a right piece I spend a hour of waiting with person keep telling me:" ok ok wait, responsible person is coming " ...... - but what kill me is that no sorry or thank you for waiting. Ok, I do understand that everyone can make mistake and you may busy but respect clients time too. You are not only one busy and have things to do.
