Terrible. My generation does not have a need for travel agencies as we can easily navigate everything through the internet. So when my now in-laws wanted to use a travel agency for our wedding i was a little skeptical, but i figured it would be helpful. I was incorrect. Steve Pierson and his incompetent crew were only interested in one thing...getting paid. Not only was he and his team incredibly unhelpful to me and my family, he was argumentative, condescending, and arrogant. My 89 year old Grandmother called Steve for an issue and he made her so upset that she was beside herself (she was a travel agent in her former life). When we got to the hotel in Jamaica where our wedding was, it was clear that Steve and his team had never been there and knew nothing about the hotel. Our accommodations were all messed up and the hotel informed us that Mr. Peirson was very inactive in the booking. Again, his sole goal was to ensure that our group made final payment (non-refundable) so he could get his commission. My experience with Liberty Travel and Steve Pierson has solidified my view of travel agents...dinosaurs of the past in a dying career. DO NOT USE LIBERTY TRAVEL and if you must stay far, far away from Steve and his team.
