I walked inside this store with my husband to buy a 3 days vacation package and the representative, who approached to us, asked, “Do you have documents.” I found this very offensive. I believe you cannot judge anyone base in her skin color, cloths and appearance. I found this very disrespectful. This stop us to buy a vacation package from this agency.

My wife and I have used boutique travel agents in the past. We recently booked a trip with Lauren at Liberty Travel. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took her time with us and found us a great vacation that was within our budget. We will be booking another trip with her for sure.

Catherine is terrific! She helped my husband and I book two separate trips, one to Ireland and one to Italy (and soon one to Paris). She asks good questions to get a good feel for what her clients want and delivers. Always flexible, she can handle changes and other issues that arise with travel. Highly recommended!

Terrible. My generation does not have a need for travel agencies as we can easily navigate everything through the internet. So when my now in-laws wanted to use a travel agency for our wedding i was a little skeptical, but i figured it would be helpful. I was incorrect. Steve Pierson and his incompetent crew were only interested in one thing...getting paid. Not only was he and his team incredibly unhelpful to me and my family, he was argumentative, condescending, and arrogant. My 89 year old Grandmother called Steve for an issue and he made her so upset that she was beside herself (she was a travel agent in her former life). When we got to the hotel in Jamaica where our wedding was, it was clear that Steve and his team had never been there and knew nothing about the hotel. Our accommodations were all messed up and the hotel informed us that Mr. Peirson was very inactive in the booking. Again, his sole goal was to ensure that our group made final payment (non-refundable) so he could get his commission. My experience with Liberty Travel and Steve Pierson has solidified my view of travel agents...dinosaurs of the past in a dying career. DO NOT USE LIBERTY TRAVEL and if you must stay far, far away from Steve and his team.

If there was a zero star rating, that is what this office would get. We met an agent a month ago to plan a trip. After 1 week and no email or phone call, we called and left a message. Over the next week or so, it took an average of 2-3 days to get a reply to emails. Phone messages were either ignored or leisurely returned. After 3 weeks, not one leg of our trip had been confirmed or booked. We've never dealt with a travel agent before, so we contacted another office to ask if this is normal and were told absolutely not. The agent offered to price it out for us, provided actual itineraries and much nicer hotel offerings than the first agent for the same price, and Voila! The trip was booked within 2 days. It is almost 2 weeks since our last email to the first agent and we still have not received a reply!!
