If there was a zero star rating, that is what this office would get. We met an agent a month ago to plan a trip. After 1 week and no email or phone call, we called and left a message. Over the next week or so, it took an average of 2-3 days to get a reply to emails. Phone messages were either ignored or leisurely returned. After 3 weeks, not one leg of our trip had been confirmed or booked. We've never dealt with a travel agent before, so we contacted another office to ask if this is normal and were told absolutely not. The agent offered to price it out for us, provided actual itineraries and much nicer hotel offerings than the first agent for the same price, and Voila! The trip was booked within 2 days. It is almost 2 weeks since our last email to the first agent and we still have not received a reply!!
