I went there two times for two different vacations they were unable to help me both time, the second time I went there with all the vacation ready made from another Liberty Travel Agency I give them audio tells all the tour at they wore charge me double so I went back to the other Liberty Travel this one was more comfortable for me because was closes the other one was really far away but they were charging me double

We used Liberty Travel to book a honeymoon in Italy. Every time we made a slight alteration in the trip it seemed to have increased another $1,000. The part my husband and I were not comfortable with was that they refused to provide an itemized list reflecting the cost of each hotel, transport and excursion. We were only provided with the overall cost of the trip, the insurance and airfare. We arrived to our first hotel and notified them that we were celebrating our honeymoon and they had no idea! We were told that all of the hotels we were staying at were, “centrally located”. We didn’t realize “centrally located” meant walking approximately 1 mile, sometimes more to our excursions. Most of the excursions were then walking tours which required several miles of walking, then another mile back to the hotel. We reached out to the travel agent on our first day and requested a resolution of booking transportation or finding a closer hotel. Neither solution was offered and a link was provided to a website with the public transportation system in Italy. The only problem with this is that most of the metro stations and bus stops were a significant distance from the hotel and excursion so it didn’t provide relief. Our first and second tours were scheduled back to back, needless to say we missed the second tour. A city highlight tour in Florence led us to believe we would be going inside the domo however that was not the case. The following day we purchased tickets to go into the domo to find out we needed a reservation and we were unable to get a reservation until one week later. So we stood on line and purchased a “third ticket” from a tour guide who had 2 people not show. We proceeded to Rome where we stayed at a small hotel where you could hear them cleaning dishes in the kitchen from our room. The following morning we were awoken by the front desk notifying us that our tour guide was in the lobby, a tour which we believe we had canceled only to find out we did in fact pay for the service. We spent most of the day walking around the city with our local tour guide. We avoided the Colosseum as we had an evening tour scheduled. Later that evening we arrived to the Colosseum to find out that no tour had been scheduled that evening and there was a miscommunication. We were scheduled to leave the following day therefore we were unable to go inside the Colosseum as planned and were extremely disappointed. The next issue was when we took a half day tour to Pompeii. We waited outside our hotel to be picked up by our tour. Several other tours showed up however our pick up did not arrive. We were able to convince someone from another tour to allow us to join them otherwise we would have missed the tour completely. Then we took a day tour to the island is Capri. We were under the impression that we would be going on a boat tour of the island followed by swimming in the blue grotto. This was not the case. When we arrived to the island, we had a lot of wasted down time walking around the island. Then we were given an option of a boat tour OR swimming in the blue grotto, but not both. I will say that the best part about the trip was going on several local food tours. This gave us an opportunity to try several of the local specialities. At two hotels we also paid for the extra amenity of a pool however, the pools closed by 6-7pm therefore we were unable to use them as we were scheduled for tours during that time. To say this trip was disappointing was an understatement. As a result of all the walking I sustained medical issues which made the trip physically daunting. I would not recommend Liberty Travel. Next time I travel I will do my own research book a trip myself through tripmasters.

I worked with Ginny and Simone and both of them are excellent! The first trip I ever booked with them was to the Hard Rock in Punta Cana for my honeymoon and what an amazing trip!! They also decorated our room for us which was really nice. I can't say I have any complaints they always answered in a timely fashion and had the answers to all our questions. They're price was also better than what we found online.

Worked with 2 people, worst service.Sophia never entered us in their system after having us 1. Wait 40 min to see her for my fiance and my appointed time, 2. Never actually follow up after.Worked with Theresa aka Terry who yes gave 1 or 2 examples of packages, which was great, but then never answered questions regarding those packages, since she never responded.This place was horrible. Dont waste your time.

I travel a lot for work. I dread searching and comparing fares. Liberty travel does all the leg work so I don't have too. My agent, Sophia, has helped me book multiple trips, the most recent were to Jamaica, Panama and Haiti. They informed me of all the necessary documents I would need and let me know possible risks for the areas I was traveling too. They offer round the clock service. She knows my travel prefernces and always takes the time to listen to my concerns. They know all the ins and outs to get the best deals. I get emails occasionally about specials they're having but its I am not bombarded with unnecessary spam emails. Most are places that actually DO interest me. The location was near my old house and now its fuether but most of my dealings are via phone, email or on occasion text. I appreciate the level of effort put in to make me comfortable, happy and stress free. Thank you Liberty Travel for dealing with the grunt work so I dont have too.

I had a great experience. I am a very difficult client. I have a million questions, change my mind often, and find it hard to commit unless I'm sure it's the right decision. The agents at the office are always accomodating. The agent I usually speak with Sophia spends hours helping me weigh out my options and plan my trips. Even after she spent time with me and I didn't book the trip due to unexpected financial responsibilities, she still answered my calls and was ready to get back at it. The rates are always cheaper than when I try to book alone. They have first hand knowledge of most of the places i wanted to travel and i love that. She send me holiday cards and birthday cards and remembers my childrens names. I really feel as though they are a part of the family not just some travel agency. They are available 24/7 when im on vacation. She told me I could call anytime if I need her. Any issues that occur they are there to help me through it. Try them out, worst case you don't book and only wasted some time you would habe wasted searching alone alone with no guidance.

Let me start by saying I never write reviews. I've booked two trips here in the past, our first to Mexico and the most recent one to Barcelona and Paris. The team leader Simone is so knowledgeable and recommended the perfect places for my fiancé and I and we had such a great time. She organized all of the flights, trains, tours and hotels and it was seamless. When we arrived in Paris, we had a problem with our room and Simone had our money refunded and moved to an even better hotel down the street within the hour. We were kinda nervous not speaking French or Spanish but she was able to set us up with a private English speaking guide for a few hours that gave us the lay of the land and recommended all the local hot spots. She even made us reservations at a restaurant with a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower for dinner. It was such a great trip and I will definitely be going back here for all my vacations. Make sure you ask for Simone! I cannot thank her enough!!

When booking vacations Kim always provides a range of prices that fit around our budget . She is extremely professional and really listens to what we want out of our vacation while respecting out budget and getting us great deals ! Recently, we booked our honeymoon to Jamacia with Kim and and she really delivered . She found a great resort and took care of every little detail for us and got us a really good deal that allowed us to maximize our budget and go on a ton of great excursions that Kim booked for us.
