I AM APPALLED THAT ONE OF MY WALLACE BELLS DID NOT HAVE A RINGER IN AND LIFETIME BRANDS SIMPLY SAID THEY CANNOT HELP ME WITH THE PROBLEM....EVEN THOUGH THEIR NAME IS ON THE BOX OF THE BELL. I HAVE TO DEAL WITH MACYS....WHO DON'T HAVE ANY ....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE......

I have owned two of there Farberware manual can openers, both of them broke within 3 months of light use. I would strongly suggess that you do not waste your money on that product.
