I AM APPALLED THAT ONE OF MY WALLACE BELLS DID NOT HAVE A RINGER IN AND LIFETIME BRANDS SIMPLY SAID THEY CANNOT HELP ME WITH THE PROBLEM....EVEN THOUGH THEIR NAME IS ON THE BOX OF THE BELL. I HAVE TO DEAL WITH MACYS....WHO DON'T HAVE ANY ....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE......
