We've been working with Lightbox for a few years. They have had a lot of successes during that time and have grown a lot and taken on some major clients and projects; as such we are definitely one of their small clients. Nonetheless when we contacted the team about some concerns and pretty major changes we needed to make with our website they pulled out the stops and offered not only to fix the issues but to redesign the site! One of the bugbears clients often have with agencies is that they focus on pitches and new / bigger clients and underservice smaller / longer term clients. I'm very happy to say that Lightbox didn't do that - they rose to our challenge and we are very happy with the new site.

We approached Lightbox with a brief that had several big technical challenges including the YouChoose system, that allows a visitor to carefully select colour patterns and visualise them in different room settings. Lightbox were efficient and were always on hand whenever we needed them. Their expertise and ability to overcome all technical challenges we threw at them has left us with a website and digital presence that now reflects our global position in the market.
