We've been working with Lightbox for a few years. They have had a lot of successes during that time and have grown a lot and taken on some major clients and projects; as such we are definitely one of their small clients. Nonetheless when we contacted the team about some concerns and pretty major changes we needed to make with our website they pulled out the stops and offered not only to fix the issues but to redesign the site! One of the bugbears clients often have with agencies is that they focus on pitches and new / bigger clients and underservice smaller / longer term clients. I'm very happy to say that Lightbox didn't do that - they rose to our challenge and we are very happy with the new site.
