Very rude and unprofessional staff, I would never ever recommend them to anyone, lack of communication between tenants and staff, do not return calls. I have spoke to several other people who are renting through them, they have never received there bond back even by keeping the house clean. They should be shut down in Gladstone.

Our contact for selling our property in Gladstone was Louisa Bambling. The market was tough to negotiate but Louisa assisted us through the entire process to achieve the best outcome to suit our needs. There were several delays during the post contract signing phase, but Louisa maintained excellent communication between us and the buyer to finally achieve settlement. Judging by the owners responses, I'm betting the negative reviews are accurate. Update: Yep with out fail, responded to my review instantly. With the typical narky remarks as usual. "We have no record of you being a client of our business", I never wrote I was, just reviewing the owner's responses showed that the reviewers are the ones I would believe to be telling the truth. Mark Spearing the owner obviously has a lot of time on his hands. I guess the staff have a lot of time on their hands to be responding so promptly to reviews instead of actually doing their job as a real estate agent, like turning up to viewings of properties etc. I was thinking of applying for a property until I saw the reviews and RESPONSES, Wow. I would advise EVERYONE to keep well clear of these people. Not too fond of returning bonds by the looks.
