Judging by the owners responses, I'm betting the negative reviews are accurate. Update: Yep with out fail, responded to my review instantly. With the typical narky remarks as usual. "We have no record of you being a client of our business", I never wrote I was, just reviewing the owner's responses showed that the reviewers are the ones I would believe to be telling the truth. Mark Spearing the owner obviously has a lot of time on his hands. I guess the staff have a lot of time on their hands to be responding so promptly to reviews instead of actually doing their job as a real estate agent, like turning up to viewings of properties etc. I was thinking of applying for a property until I saw the reviews and RESPONSES, Wow. I would advise EVERYONE to keep well clear of these people. Not too fond of returning bonds by the looks.
