I switched from USAA a few years ago because the State Farm bundle saved me a lot of money. Since then we have filed two claims, one of which was a recent hit and run with my wife as the victim. After my wife was hit our van was immovable, I called State Farm and after asking if my wife was okay, the operator walked me through what we had to do. They dispatched a tow truck, called to check on my wife an hour later, and as soon as we filed our claim, Enterprise called us about a rental car (less than 10 minutes later!). The collision repair shop also called that same day to discuss the repairs as they received the claim as soon as my wife filed it. Kelly Toledo and Lori Henry called us directly the next day and the following week to check on my wife, see if we had any questions and to let us know they would go after the hit and run driver to cover our costs (Police located the subject who confessed). I need insurance. I want a policy with someone I can reach, who is local, and who can help me immediately. I also appreciate an agent who cares about my family and me. Lori Henry and her people have been the perfect fit. I wish I had gone to State Farm years ago......
