Lori, I would kindly ask you not to lie on this review and make such comments as you did that I threatened to come to your residence and visit your office personally for any kind of actions. Please stop harrassing me repeatedly with your letters and phone calls since I've switched my insurance from your office back in March. The only reason I visited your office was to get a response from the phone calls and messages that I left for five weeks and your response was Michael I am so busy, Too busy to return a phone call for 5 weeks and you looked at me and said yes. It is pretty clear to me that since I'm getting divorced that michele is getting favored over me. That's fine but when I go and get insurance from a different insurance company your office sent any incidents from michele or the 4 kids under my license no. was the end of the line. Today I get a leftover bill for my business that was dropped by me back in March and transferred to another state farm agency for 1 month before I switched companies all together. I made sure to check with the Gary Root agency If I owed any kind of balance and they told me no I did not. I have 4 more incidents to put on here if you want to keep going. Please do not contact me again. Thank you

I really like State Farm, especially my agent Lori pellegrini, she always stay on top of letting me know everything about my policy an things an discounts that I didn't even no about an she goes beyond her job by lending a compassionate ear to me always fair , nice an professional company and people , I'm always recommending people ,thank you

I switched from USAA a few years ago because the State Farm bundle saved me a lot of money. Since then we have filed two claims, one of which was a recent hit and run with my wife as the victim. After my wife was hit our van was immovable, I called State Farm and after asking if my wife was okay, the operator walked me through what we had to do. They dispatched a tow truck, called to check on my wife an hour later, and as soon as we filed our claim, Enterprise called us about a rental car (less than 10 minutes later!). The collision repair shop also called that same day to discuss the repairs as they received the claim as soon as my wife filed it. Kelly Toledo and Lori Henry called us directly the next day and the following week to check on my wife, see if we had any questions and to let us know they would go after the hit and run driver to cover our costs (Police located the subject who confessed). I need insurance. I want a policy with someone I can reach, who is local, and who can help me immediately. I also appreciate an agent who cares about my family and me. Lori Henry and her people have been the perfect fit. I wish I had gone to State Farm years ago......

There are not words to express how great Lori and State Farm are!!! Lori took the time to explain everything to me about our new insurance. She was always just a phone call or text away from answering a questions and I had a few. She really goes above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need, nothing more or nothing less. She is simply the best. I wish I found Lori and her team years ago. If you are not using Lori Henry for your insurance needs today, you better be calling her tomorrow. Thanks for all the help Lori!!!
