Lori, I would kindly ask you not to lie on this review and make such comments as you did that I threatened to come to your residence and visit your office personally for any kind of actions. Please stop harrassing me repeatedly with your letters and phone calls since I've switched my insurance from your office back in March. The only reason I visited your office was to get a response from the phone calls and messages that I left for five weeks and your response was Michael I am so busy, Too busy to return a phone call for 5 weeks and you looked at me and said yes. It is pretty clear to me that since I'm getting divorced that michele is getting favored over me. That's fine but when I go and get insurance from a different insurance company your office sent any incidents from michele or the 4 kids under my license no. was the end of the line. Today I get a leftover bill for my business that was dropped by me back in March and transferred to another state farm agency for 1 month before I switched companies all together. I made sure to check with the Gary Root agency If I owed any kind of balance and they told me no I did not. I have 4 more incidents to put on here if you want to keep going.
