Excellent experience for both the rental and the customer service provide by LCV. Everything was easy from start to finish and they were responsive and friendly. I even added a day to our vacation at the last minute! I couldn't be happier overall and will be using LCV in the future, for sure!

We recently booked our condo at Turquoise Place through Luxury Coastal Vacations! When you have a question they are happy to answer by phone, text or e-mail. They always send information regarding your rental a week in advance with all pertinent information. They are extremely good to deal with in all aspects. I have booked through them the last three years and have never been disappointed. They have a large selection of rental properties and always willing to help with anything.

We rented from this company 2 times in the last 3 months and have been immensely pleased! Their communication with us has been above and beyond what was expected. The last condo we rented was absolutely perfect! Hate it’s already fully booked for 2020!

We stayed in the 8A east unit. WOW! my husband and I took my parents, and daughter with 2 grandkids.(A lot of room! almost like a apartment.) HUGE TVs in EVERY room, The patio was great. Seen dolphins playing in the water a couple of times. The only set back was the ant by the pool, they were horrible. Did see a possum eating a crab, was funny from a distance. lol The pool could of use some cleaning as well. over all...THANKS FOR A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.OH YEAH, YALL NEED SOME GOOD RESTUARTANTS AROUND THERE!See ya next year!The Stantz's

Our visit was wonderful! Our condo was great and the views were incredible! On our first day, the staff contacted us about a light in the fridge, which we had not even noticed. They offered to fix it right away, but we declined since it wasn’t a big deal.I would definitely stay with them again!

Bait and switch it happened to us.We have been coming to the gulf for the last four years. Our experience... We looked at a few condos through luxury coastal for jan-1 thru march-1 2020.They gave me an email quote for Turquoise 702,and I also looked at Capri 302 and got an out the door price from a different employee.When we went in to sign up they gave us a different price,higher of course.Even though it was only a couple of hundred dollars difference,they would not honor the quotes the two different employees gave us.Needless to say for a couple of hundred dollars difference they have lost our business and any one we can warn about luxury coastal's practices..

We stayed at the Reunion Beach House in Gulf Shores for a wedding. The house was excellent and had everything that we needed. I had excellent communication from Luxury Coastal Vacations which made planning for the week a breeze.
