Bait and switch it happened to us.We have been coming to the gulf for the last four years. Our experience... We looked at a few condos through luxury coastal for jan-1 thru march-1 2020.They gave me an email quote for Turquoise 702,and I also looked at Capri 302 and got an out the door price from a different employee.When we went in to sign up they gave us a different price,higher of course.Even though it was only a couple of hundred dollars difference,they would not honor the quotes the two different employees gave us.Needless to say for a couple of hundred dollars difference they have lost our business and any one we can warn about luxury coastal's practices..
