Feedback:

Unless things have changed, it is not a real career or provide steady income. Direct marketing meant selling cable within a Walmart and making commission. Also there are lies posted by the employees of the company in order to boost a review.

Feedback:

Pros- The people there are nice and friendly- You get to go to free sporting events- Lots of perks if you do your job rightConsYou are selling Comcast subscriptions for 8 hours a day 6 days a week and its is 100% commission. So it is possible for you to work 48 hours a week and get 0 compensation.P.S. Don't believe in all of the 5 stars they have on here. They are simply made from people within the company. Look at their profiles and you can see that they only have 1 contribution. While other contributions are from the same network. Here is the one star based off my experience:I went to interview here for a customer service/sales assistant role. It is a 2 day process. First day is very easy it was a get to know you type of activity that lasts 10-15 minutes. Second day is where they invite you to an outing where you will be at an event promoting a client's product. The event we went to was at a Walmart near Bloomingdale. Our client was comcast. So, basically for 8+ hours we had to stand near our table inside walmart and sell the plan to people. Which I believe is not a great way to increase ROI(Return of Investment). As it is a weekday so it's less busy and people go to walmart to shop cheap. Xfinity is not that cheap!Of course It was my fault for not asking about compensation during the first interview but then I asked in the beginning of the 2nd day and they told me I would have to wait to talk to paul after we come back which would be at 7-7:30pm. So, basically I had to stand there and observe them for 8+ hours they of course asked me some questions and challenges during that time span. But overall you're compensation is all based on commission and the ultimate goal is for you to become the managing director where you get your own marketing firm. So, it is not a resource for stable income in the beginning which is hard for the majority of people.I of course didn't want to waste another 4 hours waiting so I told them no I will not wait. Then they told me well they're on the clock and paul is working so I can either just stay or leave.I left. I had to arrange a lyft to come and pick me up which cost me half of $100. I find that very insulting and very disrespectful as i took time off for this. I just wish they were a little bit more transparent and upfront about the job role and responsibilities and not waste an interviewer's whole day just to get their hopes up.

Feedback:

I've been blessed to have the opportunity to build the foundations up for entrepreneurship that I had originally implored throughout college. Nothing beats actual experience though! The skills I have been equipped with in just 3 months of my tenure here have been more helpful to my career than 4 years of undergraduate studies. Through communication, leadership, systematic training, coaching, and recruitment I have gotten a minor MBA!The environment is fast paced, and also filled with positive, ambitious people who allow me to express myself. The team cares about my goals, and keep them in line with our team goals, which is something I have never been accustomed too, and I owe my progression to the team and the owner of the company because they have coached and made sure I became a household name in the Miami office. If you are not willing to commit to yourself and your goals then a career in the company might not be best suited for you. Those that I have seen progress in the company have the characteristics of maintaining a great attitude, work ethic and sound mindset.

Feedback:

I went on an interview with Mac Collective and I had a great time. I wasn't able to start with the company but I learned a lot in the short time I was out with them. The group I was with was motivated and so fun, it was contagious.

Feedback:

I've been here for about a month and couldn't love it more. The people are a big part of why I like it so much. There is a lot of motivation and positivity thrown at you every day. It's not for everyone but the right people can really excel here. The experience and growth is unreal. You get what you put in.

Feedback:

Great team of people to work with, Fast paced, travel all of which I love

Feedback:

Paul is very professional & straight to the point, he won't lead you wrong or sugar coat anything. On our brief in person interview he quickly pointed out that I did not have the skills that he was seeking, but did make some very good suggestions & gave me great advice/tips to help me in my career goals/dreams. Very nice person & is an asset to any place.

Feedback:

great development to management. Phenomenal company!
