Very Poor Quality MaterialWe bought a Comfort Chair recliner from Craig's Furniture in Weslaco TX. Within the first week the vinyl stated to disintegrate. Attached to the chair was the manufacturer's 1-Year warranty card. Upon contacting them concerning this issue. We were advised they no longer made our model & that the furniture store had had it in their inventory for +3 years and so it was no longer under warranty. Very Very disappointed. Always though a warranty was from the date of purchase.Would NEVER buy a Mac Marketing product again.

I love the chair. However, after some time the locking knob for the recline function stripped. I called and this was a common problem. The frustrating part is this wasn't a warranty issue, I wanted to buy the part, but the service person couldn't sell it to me without approval from her boss, which they discuss at a weekly meeting. Are you kidding me! POOR customer service process (no fault on the service rep as she was just following direction), and huge micro management. This slows down the needed service and leaves me with a Chai that is not functional.

I had one of their chairs for 8 years and some plastic clips broke on the base of the unit. I e-mailed and spoke on the phone with the Mac team and, after sending some pictures, they mailed me the replacement clips at no charge. Great service!
