Job seekers beware. This is a door to door residential sales job selling AT&T services. They say management, but you are a door to door salesman. Stay away. All the good reviews are from their employees.

Really great opportunity for those that are willing to work hard! Whether someone is looking just to sharpen their skills through an internship or they are looking for something far greater. Experience gained: Leadership, teaching, training , coaching, plus there is always opportunity for road trips. Again, if someone is looking to sharpen their skills or they want to start someone where their is uncapped potential I would definitely recommend Mako Consultants. The leadership there does everything they can to make sure you succeed.

My experience has been horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales associate who sold me my AT&T service was completely dishonest. He gave me a price that I would be paying monthly. My bill is $100 more than what I was told. I have tried to sort it out with AT&T but because Maco Consultants are a 3rd party sales company AT&T is not obligated to stand behind their lies. Josh Horton, the sales associate has ignored my calls. When I finally do get him to answer he makes more promises to get the issue corrected but nothing is followed through. They do not return calls. They do not do the things they say they will. If they are trying to sell you anything, especially cable and internet service do not buy from this company. You are better off contacting the actual company they are selling you!

I worked for Mako Consultants for 4 months and had one of the best experience I have had in a job. I would strongly suggest it. I had to leave because I had other personal commitments with family unfortunately. I would like to go over some of the pros and cons.Pros: -ability to make 50-60k in the entry level alone-unlimited upside potential-great team environment-management actually invests in the personCons:-long hours-hard work -have to be good with people
