My experience has been horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. The sales associate who sold me my AT&T service was completely dishonest. He gave me a price that I would be paying monthly. My bill is $100 more than what I was told. I have tried to sort it out with AT&T but because Maco Consultants are a 3rd party sales company AT&T is not obligated to stand behind their lies. Josh Horton, the sales associate has ignored my calls. When I finally do get him to answer he makes more promises to get the issue corrected but nothing is followed through. They do not return calls. They do not do the things they say they will. If they are trying to sell you anything, especially cable and internet service do not buy from this company. You are better off contacting the actual company they are selling you!
