Buyer BEWARE! You will be locked into a 6-12 month contract from the fine print. If you enter a credit card in their system they will use it even if you login to your online account manager and change the card! If you don't like their advertising services - tough - your stuck.
Feedback:
This is more a review of their software and b2b experience. They do a few things right, like make it easy to send print marketing. However, the cons outweighs the pros: Customer service is responsive, yet unable to problem solve. The biggest issue that I was experiencing was with print marketing. EVERYTHING that I was receiving (also being sent to my clients/prospects) was smudged. When I called and asked for it to be corrected, they did not make any attempt to reconcile the situation. Softer platform itself is slow, and very clunky. I did get used to using it after a while, but have had experiences with other platforms that are much further above ML’s abilities. I want to reiterate how disappointed I am in Our company being a client and having Market Leader not make any attempt to reconcile my issues with their printing problems(they claim it only happens a portion of the time, and that it is USPS’s fault.). We work for, and with, quality. They are not up to our standards as a business. Pay for quality is the learned principal in this experience.

They will lie to you about who they are to get your information and you get nothing from them! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
Feedback:
Real estate agents beware. This coming is charging agents for sites that you would not want your name on. They are falsely advertising they will give you a pre-made, but do not. Their customer service is awful and unresponsive. The sale rep Steve Adams will take your money and then become MIA, when you have problems. More importantly, the sites do not generate leads. They are poorly designed and something you would be embarrassed to have your name on it.
