I was told that MM had significant experience working on behalf of my sector (H&S). Although never promised in writing, "highly confident" in booking minimum of 10 appointments with decision makers. I did get 4 appointments booked, with only one decision maker. The other three were not decision makers at all. No budget, no sign-off etc.The graphs and charts are very pretty and the people on the campaign were very nice. But I cannot grow my business with charts and nicety. My bills do not get paid with such things I am afraid.£6,600+ FEES, plus time spent has been a very steep price. No doubt at all they are good at booking appointments for other sectors, but mine was not one of them.Just gone through the DATA set also. Of the 900+ purchased, only 126 were contacted for the 100 hours. Don't know if this is normal? I did expect more though.Cannot recommend for these reasons I am afraid.I have also just read other reviews after publishing mine...It seems the people commenting on the "10 appointments" fell victim to it just like I did.

Have worked with MarketMakers for over 10 years and I’ve not seen many companies have their level of growth and success. An excellent partner to have if you want to generate more sales opportunities for your business. A great bunch to work with.

The rudest sales team I have ever dealt with - cold calling companies and then not taking no for an answer. If someone explicitly says they are not interested in your services, that should be the end of the call... instead of shoving your business down their throats, and then promptly hanging up when you are challenged.

Couldn't guarantee they would be able to get 10 appointments minimum for £6,600. On the phone they said they would guarantee 10 appointments but in their contract they worded it as, "we will endeavour to get 10 appointments", which is not a guarantee. Now that I chose to cancel due to losing faith in them to deliver the service they are asking me to pay a £1,200 cancellation fee. They had one initial sales meeting at our premises and then I went to them for the on-boarding meeting. They seemed to have done very little research as instead of saying "this is who we feel you should be targeting", they were asking me to provide all the details. So their "briefing" session was really just a fact finding exercise and them showing me some reports and the Market Makers Cloud. They verbally agreed to something then sent the contract without a guarantee. Considering their quote of over £6,000 and the fact that they lied about guaranteeing appointments means that we will never work with them again. Total waste of time and I would recommend you do your due diligence and read the contract thoroughly to avoid being screwed over.
