Ran by a slum Lord, I guarantee you won't get your security deposit back. After moving out they blamed us for stains on the carpet that were there before we moved in and had been noted on the initial move in checksheet. For that our whole security deposit was taken and used to install "new carpet" which I doubt was actually put in. The carpet was brown, raggedy, and had to be older than I am. It wasn't in good condition when we moved in so if it had to be replaced the cost should have fallen on Mason properties, not the previous residents. If you need maintenance on your place it's going to take a few weeks and a few phone calls to remind them. The only good thing about the place are the front desk workers, they're pretty nice. Stay away or take very good dated pictures of anything wrong with the place when you move in.
