I had raised a maintenance request then I waited their maintenance team for three weeks, but no one visited my house or at least tried to call me to schedule an appointment.Then, I went to their office to see what happened to my request, but unfortunately their employee said that their team were busy and I had to wait for three months until the team showed up, that was their policy. Actually, I have never seen or heard anything like that. I am going to do their job instead of calling them and wait for more than 3 months.
