After the hit and run that happened to me, I called Matt Mitchell State Farm right away. From the first phone call I made, I knew I was in good hands. Andrea took the time to walk us through what we needed to do after what happened to our car. This was a distressing event for us but she made us feel at ease with her calming, professional presence. Even after so many questions and phone calls to her, she was always accommodating and extremely pleasant and never displayed any annoyance or impatience with us. She is compassionate and caring and her work ethic is outstanding. We recommend this agency to all.
