After the hit and run that happened to me, I called Matt Mitchell State Farm right away. From the first phone call I made, I knew I was in good hands. Andrea took the time to walk us through what we needed to do after what happened to our car. This was a distressing event for us but she made us feel at ease with her calming, professional presence. Even after so many questions and phone calls to her, she was always accommodating and extremely pleasant and never displayed any annoyance or impatience with us. She is compassionate and caring and her work ethic is outstanding. We recommend this agency to all. My whole family has been using State Farm insurance for many years now. Matt and Paula have helped us out greatly with home and auto insurance. Recently, I needed to add on renter’s insurance. I worked with Jumana Sweilem, who was very thorough, detail-oriented and walked me through the process; I received a quote within the business day (which I greatly appreciated) She professionally and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her assistance with any insurance inquires!

As first-time homebuyers, we cannot speak highly enough of the service we received at the Matt Mitchell agency--and in particular, working with agent Jai Pine. Jai worked around our busy schedule and met with us for 2+ hours on a Saturday afternoon, thoroughly discussing all of our insurance options, answering our many questions, and saving us a significant amount of money by bundling our home and auto. During our home buying process, Jai was constantly on the ball--always available to answer all of our questions and make sure that communications with our lender were prompt and efficient. Jai is both wonderfully personable and extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of major insurance policies. We feel that we are in good hands for many years to come given her expert abilities and attention to customer care. Thank you, Jai!

I've known Matt for almost 10 years and he's not only a genuinely nice guy, but he's also an amazing insurance agent. He's helped me and my husband with car, home and life insurance and each time it was a great experience. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain everything, offer solutions, provide expert advice, answer any questions or concerns and go the "extra mile" for his clients. He and his team have always offered top notch customer service, which is why I would (and have) recommended him to others. Matt has been my insurance agent since 2013 and he takes a personal interest in each of his clients and not just taking the monthly commissions from my monthly premium. Anytime I have moved or bought a new car, him and his staff have made sure I am properly covered. He is very well experienced and would highly recommend him for your insurance needs.

I’ve lived in Morton Grove my whole life. I’ve been with Matt’s office for as long as I can remember. I love the fact I can walk in at anytime pay my bills, get my questions answered, and talk with a human instead of computer. Matt is one the most humble humans I’ve ever met. He will take time to talk, meet, and resolve any issues you may have. He does it all with a smile on his face and true concern. He also employs a staff that is second to none. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Can’t ask for much more. To wrap up this review, Morton Grove and State Farm as a whole are lucky to have such an amazing ambassador to the city and company. Matt is simply the best! Matt has been providing me and my family insurance for the better part of 20 years. He provides the rare "unicorn" experience of the lowest cost, with the utmost in client service. I can't say enough good things about him and his agency. He spends the time to explain the 'why' of insurance, as well as understanding what your true needs are. He doesn't sell insurance, he truly is a partner in providing solutions to protect my family and assets. Bravo!

Matt's office team assisted us with adding our daughter to our insurance very quickly after she obtained her driver's license.
