I’ve lived in Morton Grove my whole life. I’ve been with Matt’s office for as long as I can remember. I love the fact I can walk in at anytime pay my bills, get my questions answered, and talk with a human instead of computer. Matt is one the most humble humans I’ve ever met. He will take time to talk, meet, and resolve any issues you may have. He does it all with a smile on his face and true concern. He also employs a staff that is second to none. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Can’t ask for much more. To wrap up this review, Morton Grove and State Farm as a whole are lucky to have such an amazing ambassador to the city and company.
