Overall Feedback:

Sam Freeman has to be the best person to help me plan our companies CRM management. We had issues with our internal marketing and Sam has help me build plans to reach out and show our customers we want to retain them. She has help me develop and build a game plan that is not all at once and allows me to step one step at a time to not overwhelm me as we have over 10 locations. Right now we have turned on our second location because we trust the feedback and plan Sam has help us build to retain our customers. Thank you Sam and Mechanicnet for helping us build our company to be better.
