I have had Cox for internet for years with no problems just a little expensive so I thought I would give MediaCom a shot to save a few bucks. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! It has been over 3 weeks waiting for installation, and the lines for my current service were cut by a MediaCom service worker so now I have no service at all. So I called and requested to speak to a supervisor and got the complete run around. I ended up cancelling everything with MediaCom and then called Cox and received outstanding service. COX is sending someone out immediately tomorrow morning to fix what MediaCom did and are crediting my account for my trouble and inconvenience. DONT SWITCH TO MEDIACOM THEY PROVIDE AWFUL SERVICE AND ARE NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
