The many one star reviews here pretty much say it all already. For many years the people in this establishment, especially the child support division, have brought harm to children and greater discord to already broken relationships. My story begins when my ex and I agreed to 50/50 and no child support, but these individuals disagreed. Therein, they made my ex's first child legally mine since he had no established father, set our parenting to 75/25 in her favor and made me pay her for both children. For several years we fought this, to no avail. The only way out is an adoption of the child to her new husband. Still, with her moving away and custody time changing again, they decided it was finally appropriate to treat the children separately since they lived in different states. In doing this, they changed the child support to where my ex now has to pay me. Therein, they assigned her several months of arrears payments and refused to offset mine. As a result, we spent almost two years paying one another child support for the children, to the benefit of nobody really. Still, they claim it was all for the children, despite holding several hundred dollars of both my and my ex's money for several days a month. Just imagine how much they make each day off the interest of their master account.Anyway, any time you try and get it corrected, they treat you like filth and do everything they can to punish you. Despite being current on my payments, because they charged me arrears, they have kept many of my license and passport from me. The only thing the people here want is control, and they will do everything in their power to exercise that control on everyone. With the years of comments, it is clear the whole department needs replaced and all accounts of the past several years need investigated for department fraud.(P.S. been waiting almost a week for them to post my final payment after they overdrew my taxes then returned me too much money)
