I have never been treated very well with my case manager for child support over the last 15 years. I being a non custodial parent had many questions and concerns over the years. But anytime I called down there she was the rudest person I have had to deal with over 15 years. Thankfully i am done with you. You just may want to remember that even though I am the non custodial parent; there is some shady stuff that went down for me to be the non custodial parent and in turn if you wonder, you will want to follow up on post records. That way you will treat the Non custodial s with the same dignity you would treat your not so deserving custodial s.You contacted me to argue with me..... about how I feel. do you know how feelings work?? you can not force me to feel they way you would like me too. And then you had the nerve to laugh at me on the phone.... while you were arguing with. If you would like something real to come out of this review, have a non bias party look into it not the defensive case management personnel.
