You know, I've never posted a complaint before, but I just have to. I thought Metrocast was bad, but Atlantic Broadband takes the cake. We've closed up our camp so I just tried to put my service on seasonal, but because we did that in October of last year, I'd have to wait until that time this year. I guess you can turn ON service any time you want but to turn it off, they follow strict guidelines. The young lady I spoke to spoke to 2 supervisors. One told her to tell me to cancel service entirely and the other said they'd do this for me this once. I'm grateful, but I really wish we had more than one cable option. These people suck.
