I must say that I've never had a bad experience with their customer reps. That being said, the service is terrible. Consistently terrible speeds well below what I pay for, to the point that some services are unusable. Gaming, for example. My son gets booted regularly for slow connection. Streaming anything results in buffering and less than highest quality. I wonder what the hell I'm paying for! Why bother paying for the high tier when I'm only getting mid-tier or below speeds!!!

Never have internet when it rains. Call they say I need to unplug and that should work. It’s not raining so of course it’s working. Pay high prices for slow service.

this company is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!~! wait on phone for hours, no service in rochestern at the main office/STORE!!! person there couldnt answer questions or offer any help to a longtime metrocast customer,,,,RUN AWAY NOW!!~!!!!!~!~!~I would give them negative ratings if i could, USELESSS!!!!!!!!

You know, I've never posted a complaint before, but I just have to. I thought Metrocast was bad, but Atlantic Broadband takes the cake. We've closed up our camp so I just tried to put my service on seasonal, but because we did that in October of last year, I'd have to wait until that time this year. I guess you can turn ON service any time you want but to turn it off, they follow strict guidelines. The young lady I spoke to spoke to 2 supervisors. One told her to tell me to cancel service entirely and the other said they'd do this for me this once. I'm grateful, but I really wish we had more than one cable option. These people suck.

I thought Metrocast was bad, but ABB is even worse. If you're a new customer you get great deals but if you're an existing customer forget it. And their systems don't talk to each other which makes it confusing. Wish we gaff Comcast/Xfinity.

The internet is so bad, I have 4 of my kids pray on there knees awhile I'm playing Black ops oh my PlayStation 4. The glitching is is horrible people are probably wondering why I give it five stars it's because it's the one time me and the kids come together
