I must say that I've never had a bad experience with their customer reps. That being said, the service is terrible. Consistently terrible speeds well below what I pay for, to the point that some services are unusable. Gaming, for example. My son gets booted regularly for slow connection. Streaming anything results in buffering and less than highest quality. I wonder what the hell I'm paying for! Why bother paying for the high tier when I'm only getting mid-tier or below speeds!!!
