I wish I could give this place 10 stars, The service was Very helpful for all my needs and questions, everybody is always ready to help you out. The rooms are VERY clean, They all have an amazing view too. The best thing about this is place is what’s around it - The Ocean. The best water in the Caribbean. It’s green and clear, They keep the sand very clean, All the activities you can do In the hotel blew my mind, snorkeling, Kayak, Bikes, Golf carts etc. I have been to many all-inclusive, None of them are as good as this one. My family and I had so much fun, that we are gonna be back before summer 2020!

Absolute PERFECTION. Our first time to Mexico and we were nervous about safety and health issues. The resort is gated with a security guard at the gate. The staff bends over backwards for the guests to make their stay enjoyable. Even when we left the safety of the gates to shop we felt safe. If you want a great hint on shopping in town though....when they tell you how much things are, offer them 50% and negotiate from there. We didn't pay full price for anything except at the pharmacy.
