Absolute PERFECTION. Our first time to Mexico and we were nervous about safety and health issues. The resort is gated with a security guard at the gate. The staff bends over backwards for the guests to make their stay enjoyable. Even when we left the safety of the gates to shop we felt safe. If you want a great hint on shopping in town though....when they tell you how much things are, offer them 50% and negotiate from there. We didn't pay full price for anything except at the pharmacy.
