Just got my bill this month and they are increasing it by $8.00 a month. They are doing this to support the increase in speeds for the packages above us, not our internet. Please tell me why I have to pay for this increase when it does not benefit me at all. I am looking into other internet service providers as we speak. I have been with Midco for years and years and have always paid on time and this is the thanks I get. I will be sure to spread the word that this is how long time customers are appreciated. I also noticed that new customers get great deals as well. Why is it the longer you are with a company the less they do for you.......................Update as of August 31st 2018—Service still sucks. I have returned box and they gave us another one that appeared very used...but I thought hey if it works I don’t care. Get home and give it a day still crappy speed. Called today and the lady says yeah your running way below where you should be. So now I have someone coming out next Tuesday to fix this. We have had this problem forever and 2 new boxes haven’t fixed it. We pay more now and our service sucks worse than it ever has. If possible I would tell people to avoid Midco Internet Servicd. The customer service so far has been good but the product and internet speed sucks. We have had them for 5-10 years so this isn’t just an opinion from a few months of service. Soon enough we will find ourselves another provider that works.
