Why am I paying $90 a month for cable that doesn’t freakin work?!?! My husband takes in line classes and has to leave to do his homework because our WiFi sucks! The kids can’t watch a single thing on Netflix without it being interrupted due to the WiFi. Seriously so frustrating! You call and get put on hold for a half hour just to be told “sorry we will reset the device and it should work after that” it never does! Any recommendations for a company with working WiFi are welcomed......
