Client Review on State Farm

IDK how any State Farm can be highly rated when their clerical errors have cost me, a disabled woman living on a fixed income hundreds of dollars I shouldn't have had to pay! They are over charging me for vehicle insurance now! I never received a new policy or declarations page to increase the cost of my vehicle insurance. I sent copies of everything in Oct 2018 with a payment I did not owe per the only policy and declarations page I have received! I was sent another bill I don't owe per my only policy with State Farm! I will be getting vehicle insurance from a totally different company tomorrow 11/5/2018 & I was a State Farm customer for life! Not anymore! Never even met or talked to Mike Long. I dealt with a very rude female when I got my policy June 12, 2018 in NC. I'm not going to let State Farms clerical errors affect my credit score. The policy will be over December 12, 2018 anyway & at this point I have overpaid by $175.57 & have another bill for $79.57! My policy and declarations page states I only owe $212.38 for 6 months of vehicle insurance! This is highway robbery! I have no tickets, have been licensed to drive in 3 states & my credit score is great!
