Ive had my car broken into and had to report suspicious behavior. Every single time I was met with kindness and was taken seriously. I really appreciate the men and women that work here.

If I could rate any lower than a 1 I would without hesitation. The staff here are inefficient to the extent that they bottleneck their own system. They level of unorganization is evident in the fact that they get confused in how to handle thier own processes. It would be worth the extra money to have an third party process your passport foe you instead of coming here. Typical wait time = 3 hours.

Review is just for Passport Office. Perfect example of a government run office the fact that the last application is taken at 4:45 NO exception at all. I showed up at 4:30 and I watched families come in running from work only to be turned down. It would be great to see hours adjusted for the working middle class or willingness to understand the effort it takes go get a full family to 1 location.

They do a good job and I always see Mill Creek officers out seem very engaged in protecting us and who knows what they run into daily so thank you all !Just calling ahead of time to set an appointment if you need a concealed permit is no big deal going in and getting it was a breeze and I actually like the appointments because then I don’t really have to wait .Stay safe out there officers!

I was very excited to know that at this location you can apply/renew passports. So I went few times to process the application and things were OK. But I didn’t like the fact that when I arrived at 4;45pm I was told they can’t process my application, because the the last application is taken and I had to go back again. This is not known for the public, and I think their list of office time and application price should be modified to reflect that and make it clear to everyone. Please avoid having people drive to your location to find out that you can’t prices their application if they arrive a min after 4:45 pm or even at 4:45 pm while someone else is a really being helped. Thank you

Had a seamless experience applying for my son's passport here and getting it to the proper address while in the middle of a move. They were also very helpful in the disposal of some old meds I had for a dental surgery. I'm also, in general, very grateful for law enforcement officers doing exceptionally hard, thankless work for the community every day.
