If I could rate any lower than a 1 I would without hesitation. The staff here are inefficient to the extent that they bottleneck their own system. They level of unorganization is evident in the fact that they get confused in how to handle thier own processes. It would be worth the extra money to have an third party process your passport foe you instead of coming here. Typical wait time = 3 hours.
