I've been a State Farm customer for over 40 years - since the day I got my learners permit. I've worked with agents all over the country, and have to say the Milton Wright agency in Columbia is by far the best. Quick, thorough, and when they say something will be sent my way I know it will be in my mailbox immediately. Marie was patient and talked me through some rather complex options of how to move cars from state to state, getting renters insurance, while still insuring my vacation home. They've offered me good options and suggestions on saving money and kept me from making mistakes I've run into with other agents interested in selling and moving on. It is nice feeling like I've got an agent looking out for me. Highly recommend!

My experience with Miton Wright and his amazing staff is wonderful and very thoughtful and enjoy their job. Whenever i call them with a question or problem relating to my policy, all of them are eagle to help. I have talked to many of my friends about State Farm whenever i hear them talking so negatively about their own insurance company. I told them " you are family with state farm". Marie is wonderful. I recently totalled my car through no fault of my own. Marie was very empathetic and willing to go above and beyond. She shared with me that state farm will finance a new vehicle for me and gave me her cell phone number and told me to call her when I was ready to submit the application. I called around 7 PM on a Monday. She was already home... 30 minutes from Milton Wright's office... but she went back in to run everything for me. When the numbers didn't come out as low as the competition and I went with someone else, she was still as genuinely sweet as she was before. She wasn't frustrated or audibly disappointed she'd driven back to work for nothing. I appreciate her so so much. When you've been in an accident and you're forced to find another vehicle FAST, Marie's kindness and calmness is exactly what you need in your life!
