I worked mainly with Andrew Satek. He was absolutely wonderful! Motivators did an excellent job on my superhero pens for our tradeshow, They were extremely helpful in meeting our arrival date for our event.. You can get promo items from a lot of people, but the customer service they offer is what sets them apart from others. I would highly recommend Motivators for your promotional needs

I had a great experience, start to end, with Motivators. Creating my proof on the website was easy and the finished product looks even better than it did in the sample! The entire team was helpful throughout the entire process from getting a quote to fulfilling the order. I also received the items weeks before scheduled. I will definitely order again!

DREADFUL experience. They took my credit card, charged me in full, send confirmation promising delivery on September 26, Called today...five times because they wouldn't return calls or emails. Only to be told "Sorry, you won't have the items until October 4"---the day AFTER the trade show.Absolutely refused to send expedited so we'd have them by Thursday.Don't stay away from this company. . . RUN AWAY.

My company purchases all of our promotional good through Motivators. They will work with us for months if needed to find the right product, at the right quality and price. They never hesitate to send us samples or work through pre production samples when needed. I never feel pressured to purchase products I'm not happy with and in the rare occasions we have received a product that was not as specified they have quickly and without hesitation resolved the issue with replacement products. I would highly recommend Motivators to companies large and small for all of your promotional needs.

My bags for a conference event just came, exactly what we were looking for, we are so confident these will be a hit. You have provided great service start to finish, made this process easy, and have a quality product that arrived quickly. I worked with Meryem, all of my questions were answered clearly and promptly, I received follow up to keep the order moving, and will certainly come back for future promo item needs!

Ali Strauss was very kind, helpful and informative during the ordering process. Motivators customer service has always gone above and beyond. When dealing with promotional items, Motivators was the first company I used 7 years ago, since then I have used friends of clients and other companies here and there, but always resort back to Motivators. They have great deals, and great products!! Motivators will continue to have my business.

Placed an order for custom printed Post-it Notes. When the proof was sent, the company sent two proofs....one was for the artwork I provided, the other was for a "suggested design". I called the artist and discussed the designs because the suggested design they created didn't fit in the image area of the product. I was told to just approve my original design which is what I did. Received the post-it notes and their suggested design is what was printed. In addition, the ink that we selected was their standard Blue PMS 300. It DOESN'T SAY ANYWHERE on the website or the proof that the image would be screened lighter, but they screened it so that it prints very light. We did not ask for that and wanted the true solid Blue PMS 300 which was also indicated on the proof. The company now refuses to reprint the post-it notes. Unfortunately, their automated electronic system does not provide you with a final copy of what you signed off on, so I have no proof to show that I signed off on my original design. Don't do business with this company. I reached out to customer service and after a phone call and several emails explaining the situation to both the customer service agent and his manager, they still aren't making it right. Wasted $400.

Ordered several items. One was post it type note pads. We wanted them in white, somehow their system selected blue paper for us. Now we have $300 worth of hideous note pads in our dumpster if anyone wants them. Save your money and find another company that does not default a color choice for you.
