Placed an order for custom printed Post-it Notes. When the proof was sent, the company sent two proofs....one was for the artwork I provided, the other was for a "suggested design". I called the artist and discussed the designs because the suggested design they created didn't fit in the image area of the product. I was told to just approve my original design which is what I did. Received the post-it notes and their suggested design is what was printed. In addition, the ink that we selected was their standard Blue PMS 300. It DOESN'T SAY ANYWHERE on the website or the proof that the image would be screened lighter, but they screened it so that it prints very light. We did not ask for that and wanted the true solid Blue PMS 300 which was also indicated on the proof. The company now refuses to reprint the post-it notes. Unfortunately, their automated electronic system does not provide you with a final copy of what you signed off on, so I have no proof to show that I signed off on my original design. Don't do business with this company. I reached out to customer service and after a phone call and several emails explaining the situation to both the customer service agent and his manager, they still aren't making it right. Wasted $400.
