Just received incredible service from MTCO, specifically thru Justin Roberts. I called into the MTCO office, immediately talked to a real person who quickly got me in contact with someone to address what I thought was a minor issue on my most recent business phone invoice. Justin corrected the billing setup and called me back within the hour to offer an unsolicited credit back dated to when the setting was originally miscoded. MTCO provides highly reliable service for phone, internet, & tv through a local system which keeps the dollars we spend for that service in our immediate area to be recycled. We've been waiting for Internet for 4 months now. Every time we call no one can give us a straight answer and customer support is 0 help. Eventually we were told the reason our internet has not been installed is due to the weather, fair enough except for our friends down the street got their internet installed within 2 weeks yet here we are still without. We've called several times and received no help from customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We're very fortunate to have MTCO service offered in Washington. By profession, I handle Telecom/Internet services with most major carriers in the US (CenturyLink/Level3, AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Spectrum/Charter, Windstream, Lightower, ITV-3/i3broadband... you name it.)I assure you, MTCO's service delivery and support are second to none.

be prepared to re-start your modem 3+ times a day. FREQUENT CRASHES Update: Based on this review, a tech came to my house, checked the service and ultimately replaced the modem. Upgraded from 2 stars to 5 stars for excellent customer service and repair. Much appreciated.

TV and internet service on their fiber network is absolutely wonderful. I've had to call for support two times in four years, both my fault. Both times they went above and beyond, even tech support on Sunday, slightly after hours.

I had a inoperative power supply to equipment furnished by MTCO for use with TV. I contacted them via email to ask where to buy power supply, they let me know the power supply was available from MTCO at no charge. Service received from the folks at MTCO is excellent!!!!
