Just received incredible service from MTCO, specifically thru Justin Roberts. I called into the MTCO office, immediately talked to a real person who quickly got me in contact with someone to address what I thought was a minor issue on my most recent business phone invoice. Justin corrected the billing setup and called me back within the hour to offer an unsolicited credit back dated to when the setting was originally miscoded. MTCO provides highly reliable service for phone, internet, & tv through a local system which keeps the dollars we spend for that service in our immediate area to be recycled.
