Signed up for her service on July 16,2018 when she suggested we pay a year in advance and she collected advance postage fees with not even a hint that she was closing business. Received the email 12 days later that she was closing in 3days. She has not responded to my inquiry of a refund! Very Deceptive!

7/29 we received an email stating they were closing business as of 7/31. That is 2 days notice!!!!! The information was to contact the post office for forwarding mail. No mention of refund on deposit money. It is unclear as to mail currently held will be handled.This puts us in very tight and stress full situation...address changes for important financial, health care, tax, voting. ...not to mention now having to make a special trip to South Dakota get a new drivers license...Based on this experience, I cannot in good faith recommend mail forwarding services to RVers.

Was wonderful for past year and a half. Then we received a email stating they are discontinuing services the day prior to receiving the email and no mention of refund or anything else. All they said is all mail coming into our address there will be sent back to sender. Will be looking into the legal ramifications of handling this situation in such a poor and unprofessional manner. Really put us in a bind, now we are struggling to get another mail forwarding service. In addition to the mail, all our legal documents such as registrations, licenses and voting information has to be changed. As I already stated, very unprofessional, and will be looking into a class action suit. They realize better than most the difficulty that seniors have in setting up new domicile and mailing address but they had no consideration on the difficulties they are causing. They stated that any mail received a day prior to notifying us and beyond would be returned to sender - perfect timing for re-issuance of medicare cards, health service and licensing. At the very least I would expect a full refund for the current period.

I have been using rv mail in Florida for over 5 years. Outstanding customer service and support. However I wanted to move my service out of Florida but now realize there were not enough reviews on My Dakota Address that were accurate. Terri dropped the ball on both of my title transfers and the most recent I spoke with the head person in the tax office that said I wasn't the first person to have issues so they couldn't give me a break. They wanted to charge a huge amount of late fees and penalties because my bill of sale sat in terri's office for over a month. Sure you could have a great experience with her but know that organization is not their specialty... you have to babysit transactions. Going elsewhere.
