Was wonderful for past year and a half. Then we received a email stating they are discontinuing services the day prior to receiving the email and no mention of refund or anything else. All they said is all mail coming into our address there will be sent back to sender. Will be looking into the legal ramifications of handling this situation in such a poor and unprofessional manner. Really put us in a bind, now we are struggling to get another mail forwarding service. In addition to the mail, all our legal documents such as registrations, licenses and voting information has to be changed. As I already stated, very unprofessional, and will be looking into a class action suit. They realize better than most the difficulty that seniors have in setting up new domicile and mailing address but they had no consideration on the difficulties they are causing. They stated that any mail received a day prior to notifying us and beyond would be returned to sender - perfect timing for re-issuance of medicare cards, health service and licensing. At the very least I would expect a full refund for the current period.
