Both sides of the install team were awesome. Evan made sure all aspects of burying the cable were done perfectly. All of my questions were answered promptly. The speed of the internet is lightning fast. It far exceeds the DSL from Frontier/Verizon. I looked into satellite internet and discovered slow speeds and a heavy price tag for what is offered. We have no problem running multiple streaming devices at once with the entertainment package, and that package may even be overkill for what we use. I couldn't be happier. I was concerned about them burying the cable at first due to the logistics of it. Should never have worried, Evan did an awesome job and was very professional. Customer service is prompt and no B.S. I call them and they answer. No horrible touch tone menu that takes you 10 minutes to get to a human being. If you live out this way and want fast internet, it's here. These guys are doing it right.
